George Anderson is Vice President-Analytical Services and brings comprehensive experience in strategic network planning to corporate end users, retailers and retail banking organizations. Anderson enables companies to navigate through a number of pragmatic steps to achieve their primary goal: “understand who your customer is today, in order to plan for your customer of tomorrow.”

Anderson has worked internationally in various senior roles in both domestic retail banking and international distribution network planning at Scotiabank. In addition, his resume includes positions with industry leading organizations such as Skipton Information Group as its Canadian Director, and he also has led the growth of a large retail design firm in Canada.

He has a Bachelor’s of Honors degree from the University of Ryerson and Executive Management Program Designation from Richard Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario. Anderson is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

As President of NAI ReStore, David Solomon serves as the worldwide leader for NAI Global retail services. He works closely with NAI retail professionals and clients to increase their speed and efficiency in the acquisition, leasing and sale of retail properties. NAI ReStore leverages the local market knowledge and expertise of NAI retail specialists worldwide and NAI Global’s well established infrastructure and technology to provide comprehensive site selection, tenant representation, acquisition, disposition, investment sales, valuation and project management services. NAI ReStore also leverages NAI Market Analytics state of the art geo-demographic mapping and customer segmentation solutions to support retailers’ expansion around the world.

Solomon has extensive experience as a retail real estate advisor and retailer. In 1990 he founded a brokerage firm that would become one of the largest retail tenant representation and property management firms in the United States. He later founded the 20-store Israel franchise of Toys “R” Us. Solomon also founded a nationwide chain of DVD kiosks that operated inside leading retailers such as Albertson’s and Barnes & Noble College Bookstores. It was sold in 2006 to an affiliate of McDonald’s that now has over 4,000 units nationwide.

Additionally, Solomon’s family has invested in and owned numerous shopping centers and was among the founding investors in retail companies such as Zany Brainy and Mid-Atlantic Restaurant Systems (the largest Boston Chicken franchisee). He has worked with a wide range of leading retailers as an advisor and as a principal during periods of rapid growth to better manage the real estate process and add value to their portfolios.

Patricia Faulkner is a client services executive with more than 25 years of experience. She works closely with members of the Contact Center/Site Selection Services team companies to develop unique solutions to clients’ complex needs and helps align the people, processes and systems to execute the real estate plan.

Prior has been a member of NAI Global’s Corporate Services group since joining the company in 1996, and served as the account executive for ABB, Air Products & Chemicals Inc., Bank of New York, GTECH and The Stanley Works.

Prior to joining NAI, Faulkner served as the Northeast Auction Sales Coordinator and Asset Marketing Specialist for the Resolution Trust Corporation, Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, from 1991 to 1995. She was responsible for all aspects of RTC's media and telemarketing campaigns, sales initiative marketing materials, contractor selection and oversight, due diligence analyses, event planning and budgetary controls, public outreach seminars, and sales negotiations and closings. She initiated 25 national marketing programs and recruited, trained and supervised staff and contractors responsible for the sale of more than $2 billion in real estate and non-performing loans. While with the RTC, Ms. Faulkner received merit awards for active contributions to real estate sales in excess of $4 billion and designation to the National Land Sales Task Force, Washington, D.C.

Faulkner was also associated with Calton, Inc., Freehold, New Jersey, for two years as Director of Acquisitions, where she led site acquisition efforts and land development in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for the national building company. Patricia also served as Director of Real Estate for Levitt Corporation, Freehold, New Jersey, and was responsible for their re-entry and development efforts during the late 1980s in Long Island, New York and Southern New Jersey. Her real estate career began as a salesperson with NAI Eric Bram & Company, an NAI Member firm since 1981, in East Brunswick, New Jersey.

Faulker holds a BA in Urban Studies from Rutgers University School of Urban and Regional Policy and Planning, in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She is active in CoreNet Global, National Network of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), NJ ICREW and ICSC NJ.
